What We Collect

We collect:

• Email address and account credentials
• Trading data imported from IBKR (trades, positions, activity)
• User-entered notes, reviews, and journal entries

How We Use It

We use your data only to provide the service. We never use it for advertising or marketing. We never sell your data.

Third Parties

We rely on the following services:

• Supabase — Database and screenshot storage
• Vercel — Hosting and deployment
• Sentry — Error tracking (anonymized)

AI Coach & Data Processing

When you enable the AI Coach feature, your trading data (trade history, performance metrics, and journal entries) is sent to OpenAI's API for analysis.

Data is sent per-request and is NOT stored by OpenAI. OpenAI does not use API data for training.

Your API requests are associated with your account but not shared with other users.

You can disable the AI Coach at any time in Settings. When disabled, no data is sent to external services.

We never sell your trading data to third parties.

Data Retention

Your data is retained until you delete your account. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed.

GDPR Compliance

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Export your data
• Request deletion of your data
